We designed our Returns Policy as a balance to providing comfort to buyers that if products inadvertently are not as represented or have some previously undetected defect, that they can be returns. At the same time, some custom products, such as Tefillan are cannot be returned unless arrangements are made directly with the Seller in Israel.
Any buyer who believes that they have encountered difficulty returning a product because of specific issues that put the return outside of our normal policy should contact Returns@IsraeliMall.com . The policies are designed to prevent abuse but we will work one-on-one to resolve any legitimate issues buyers have with their purchases in the mall. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we want to know. We will do our best to make it right and keep you more than satisfied.
Much the same as in a physical mall, there is no relationship between the sellers. Therefore, in circumstances where you cannot get a refund but are entitled to a “store credit”, the credit will be with the specific seller from whom you made your initial purchase.
Please note our return period is 30 days. That 30 days is extended to 60 days around holiday seasons where products are reasonably purchased as presents.
If you are considering this issue, thank you for having made a purchase from our mall. We will work with you to ensure that you have reason to make many more purchases. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Remember that you can cancel any order before it has shipped. Your card is not charged until the product is ready for courier or postal pick-up so there will be no charges to your card to be cancelled.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (some custom products such as Tefillan or Final Sales products have prominent notice displayed on their information and order pages that they are not returnable). The return process is simple.
Within the 30 days, email the seller at the returns email for that seller (e.g. returns@seller.com) to inform them of the need to return the product. Include your order number, purchaser name, a contact name and email address and the reason for the return.
The seller will trigger an authorization to return the product, in the form of a pdf of a return label which you will use to return the product to the warehouse
You will print the label and send the product back to the warehouse. If an item is defective or the shipper acknowledges damage during shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact both us and the seller within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. When possible, our administrators will process refunds more quickly. The timeline includes shipping time, processing the receipt of the returned product and the time it takes your bank to process the refund we have issued. Your will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card, whichever you used to make the purchase.
Our normal practice is NOT to charge an inventory re-stocking fee.
We maintain an inventory of product in our North American warehouses to enable speedy receipt of orders by buyers. We do not have the capacity to repackage opened products. To return a product that has been opened and still in original condition that we can verify is unused you will:
Email the seller, including a photo of the state of the product you wish to return within 30 days of your purchase (no returns can be accepted after that date).
The seller will determine whether or not you should ship the product back to them for repackaging, or to the warehouse to be used as a promotional item.
The seller will determine if they can offer a refund or only a “store credit”. At that point, you may wish to initiate an exchange so that you get something you want immediately rather than wait until you use the credit.
The seller will trigger an authorization to return the product, in the form of a pdf of a return label which you will use to return the product as directed.
Upon receipt of the product by the warehouse, your will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card, whichever you used to make the purchase.
